Check SaskTel status ↗No provider listed? Search your provider’s own support site or account app for “outage” or “service status.” Third-party report charts are signals, not confirmation of your address.
Try another app or site, toggle Wi-Fi, and test another device in the same room. A device, VPN or app problem may be involved.
Check power and modem lights, then the official outage checker. If no issue is listed, use your provider’s troubleshooting instructions.
Run a speed test when it works, compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet, and keep a time log for support.
We cannot determine that from one browser test. If several devices lose access, check your provider’s official status page using mobile data. A reported outage may take time to appear.
A Wi-Fi symbol only means your device joined the router. Check the modem’s internet light, try another device, and compare mobile data. If several sites fail on every device, check provider status.
First check the provider status page. If there is no reported issue, follow your provider’s restart instructions and give the equipment time to reconnect. Avoid factory reset unless support asks you to do it.
Your phone may be using a different mobile network. Turn off Wi-Fi briefly to compare. This can help you open your provider’s status page, but it does not prove the cause of the home outage.
Give your postal area, service type, when the problem began, modem light state, whether wired and Wi-Fi devices are affected, and the steps you tried. Do not share passwords here.
