These terms describe how to use the free AI Speed Canada website and installable web app. By using a tool, you request the associated network transfer described below. The site is operated in Ontario by A.Ash, the name supplied for public identification. Contact the operator at info@aispeed.ca. A.Ash is not presented here as a verified full legal name or registered business designation.

What the tools measure

The speed test measures traffic to the site’s hosting endpoint, not your line’s maximum speed or a guaranteed provider service level. Results can vary with Wi-Fi, device performance, congestion and the route to the test server. A quality score is an on-device calculation based on these measurements, not an AI diagnosis, provider certification or promise that an application will work. IP location, postal area, ISP and proxy signals are approximate database estimates; they cannot establish a home address or prove whether a VPN is present. City and ISP pages do not verify availability at an address or publish unsourced average speeds.

Data charges and safe use

Speed tests transfer data and may use substantial mobile data. Check your plan before starting a test. Use the service for personal or reasonable business checks. Do not attempt to overload the endpoints, bypass technical limits, interfere with other users, probe systems without authorization or use the tools to identify or harass someone. We may limit abusive traffic to protect availability.

News and third-party links

The news directory links to publishers and identifies source material. A source record is not independently verified reporting or an endorsement. External websites, IP data providers and map services have their own terms and privacy practices. Brand names of ISPs and platforms belong to their owners; this service is independent and is not affiliated with those providers unless a page says otherwise.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided for general information and can be interrupted or changed. Check service plans and technical claims with the provider and the original sources before making financial or operational decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims warranties about uninterrupted availability and the precision of measurements or location estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to exclude.

Original site text, design and illustrations may be protected by copyright. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution; reuse of third-party news requires permission from its publisher. We will date material changes to these terms. Continued use after a change does not waive rights you have under applicable law.
